Healthy "Italian" Binging!

Are you health conscious and still wanna Binge?? Your search ends here...

Hyatt Regency recently has come up with their new menu for Italian cuisine. Chef Mauro Ferrari has been the thought leader behind the entire gastronomy. The chefs have put in all their culinary skills to serve the evolving taste buds of the current human breed who love eating out ....yet extremely health conscious. Apart from the pizzas and kinds of pasta, they have marked the menu the new especially crafted Italian delicacies have been marked with an 'H" signifying "Healthy".

In continuation to let Amdavadis walk the map, experience various world cuisines that are being explored by various restaurants played around differently and created with their own signature version. Tinello has done the same.. the menu is quite elaborate.

I opted for one of their ‘H’ signature salad. A chicken breast which is cooked at 65 degrees for four hours, this kind of slow cooking ensures the nutrition to remain in intact, at the same time the meat gets really tender.

Wrapped in zucchini and cooked with veggies, this chicken salad if accompanied with bread and a soup can be a delightful and a wholesome meal for the calorie conscious breed!!

It's soft, a little chewy, aptly flavoured and juicy.

Accompanied with a fresh Kiwi mocktail, with slices of kiwi floating in, it’s a complete refreshing filler and a detox drink as well.

Chef Nishant Shekhar, offered me an option to try their sweet options.. well it was very difficult for me to deny, he got me an exotic and delicately prepared Tiramisu with Italian fingers, investing in a lot of time to create the right kind of fluff, using the best ingredients for the right flavor!!

After some clicks...I just slowly dived my spoon into this very intricate and cremelicious dessert.. to end on a sweet note, the journey was quite fruitful!!

And to remind...Tinello too is Italian word, which means “Dine in”, that’s what I did!!

Sands to Skyscrapers: Dubai’s Architectural Marvels

A New Dawn in the Desert By: Kulveen Narula “The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it, and execute it. It isn't something  you await, but rather create.” — H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum A t the turn of the millennium, while the world was celebrating the arrival of Y2K , a quiet revolution had begun brewing in the Middle East. The United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai , was preparing to reimagine itself—not just as a city but as a symbol of human possibility. From a land once known only for its sands and souks, rose a futuristic skyline that rivals the best on Earth. In just 25 years , Dubai evolved into a global epicentre of design, engineering, and luxury—where the homo sapiens are actually living on Cloud 9, giving us a strong dream etched on sand, which didn't disappear overnight but amplified year on year imparting a twinkle in the eye of millions in the world to light up a dream.  The Visionary Behind the Rise The transformation is no...
