From Sindh Ghati to The Grand Bhagwati...

Global and regional cuisines are nowadays available across the length and breadth of town. As the trend in the industry goes... focus has always been more on Global, like Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Lebanese etc. the irony remained that apart from simple Punjabi and South Indian we are not much aware of regional Indian pallet. The FEA (Food Entrepreneurs Association Ahmedabad) community with their assortment of people from various regions and diverse areas in food industry have been taking initiatives to focus on  cuisines especially when we get together... The initiative is in order to have more interesting and exciting meets and of-course go back to roots and revive our culture. The platform itself becomes a knowledge hub where we not only get to taste, but discuss various aspects, experiences to add onto our knowledge... to put it in a crisp one liner; "It's Sharing and Caring redefined at FEA!! Music of Spring..

Dandiya Rasa by Subrata Gangopadhyay Raag Basant, not to hear but visually you can flow into those ecstatic musical notes. Such is the aura and energy of place where beautiful strokes that express real life emotions are present. Raag Basant is the title of ongoing congregation where artists have exhibited their expressions... Series of Radha Krishna, Shiv Parvati and that of women celebrating were present.  As  Basant  or Spring itself is synonymous with beauty, love, joy, celebration, blossoms etc.  Sunshine by Sushmita Das Khurshid Ravji lost in the depth of colors Radhika III and Radha Krishna series, multi layered expression with large droopy eyes imparting surreal and dream like expression.. By: Sukranat Das The art works of twenty two artists have been installed at Satya Art Gallery in Navjivan Press Campus. A seven course meal, begins with a mocktail, soup followed by elaborate variants of vegetarian and non vegetarian starters, presented on your table.. with equal justice done to both a vegetarian or a non vegetarian lover, be it Sea food, chicken, mutton, mushrooms, capsicum or broccoli... clubbed with a surprise goodie especially prepared by chef. Well this is not all.. there is lot to dig on; as there are other starters too, which arrive on your table off the barbeque. So the only requirement you need to have is a good appetite.
