While interacting with Jaydeep, a precise message which I captured, and to put as a "quote"  "Glocal delicacies, simple food, with less experimentation, retaining the original flavors and minimizing wastage". * PS Three types of seating arrangement, that of bar, cafe and a comfortable dining space...  three menus , one for beverage, food and sweets offering bakery products and hand crafte

Legacy called Madhorao...

A recently opened restaurant in Ahmedabad is one of the most recommended places where I felt few ingredients which were quite unique.... Apart from warmth which the place exudes in ample, there is lot of space, antique woven chairs, vintage style furniture which goes in line with the theme of traditional food. Tradition and generation goes hand, it is the generation today responsible to carry forth our tradition.. Madhorao is the right model of the statement.  Wall of Fame - Chaitanya Dalvi  Chaitanya Dalvi, the man behind this venture mentioned, "The name, dedicated to my father and recipes are inspired by my mother, is what Madhorao all about.
