The Quest which became a Jackpott...





Anang Mistry!! the point we get onto, simply straight like the nail... a young creative mind, who sailing through various domains, from events, to Public Relations crafted out his own brain child. He started a voucher booklet termed as Jackpott  - The King of all deals; which in no time became one of the best selling deals book in India.. till now we must have heard of best selling books those meant for reading.

But this booklet , commencing from Gujarat, a place known for deals and discounts, "ketlu discount apis..." as a standard sentence for any sales deals... so Mr. Mistry captured this seeking of masses as a business idea itself, and in 2014 Jackpott - The King of all Deals, came into existence.

Today Jackpott has outgrown to an such an extent, that it is now Asia's fastest growing startup brand. They have become lead sponsors in most of the city events. Having walked quite a bit on success road at in quite a young age, Anang Mistry spares some time for his social initiatives as well.

Thus, A complete human being one can say, from all perspectives, balancing all his responsibilities.. this quality itself made him one of the persons delivering talk on TEDxbigintheSMALL was the theme, held at IITRAM on  23rd March 2018. Mr. Mistry aptly fits into it therefore on one of the worlds most esteemed platform, he shared few odd jobs which he has been doing constantly apart from his day to day profession.

1. Taking charge of traffic in case of jams when cops are not there..
2. Saving injured birds and actively taking part in animal rescue
3. Regularly organizing activities for underprivileged children
4.  Educating the poor
5. Supporting startups

Besides Jackpott he also runs another brand, The Royal Quest , which focuses on travel, tourism and adventure trips. He owns five start up brands, runs Utsav Foundation and is Founder of the umbrella Purple i Group... besides he has bagged in many awards in his kitty, giving him Global recognition; well that's pretty awesome to be just termed as Big or Small!!

All this he has been able to achieve was just by one quality, "Getting out of the comfort zone and DARE!!

So DREAM only if you can DARE to Do it!!

"Wife or a Whore?" Or Dust under her feet!

Lets change the narrative.. the perspective and positioning !! Well, this is one statement which after a certain age applies to women.. pls note the word "AGE"!! This was mentioned in a book reading session by Sharbari Zohra Ahmed, in her Debut Novel,   "Dust under her feet!" The  Quantico  scriptwriter moves from an International thriller, expressing a high voltage drama series for Hollywood and now back into the 1940s, where her story revolves around Yasmine Khan, the protagonist. Sharbari expresses that it was probably Yasmine Khan, the focal point chose her, cause while writing the fiction,  she could clearly go back into times and see the visuals of the yesteryears when World War II had set in.. There is a lot which Sharbari has contributed into this novel, above her body mind and soul.. fifteen years have gone into crafting the epic! What beyond?
