Landed at Outlandish Dhadoom!!

Well as the interiors suggest, this place is completely meant for teenagers and the youngistann who can get themselves sink into calories without counting and also dig well into cheese ....

Weird, be it the combinations or the tastes, there are fried Oreos and 'paratha' pizzas.

For the food tasting session, I started my culinary journey with a Brownie Shake, crumbled brownie churned with milk and served in a long beaker kinda glasses.. I had fun clicking some pictures with the freakish graphics and toons. The shake too is good to go with, quite filling and highly recommended.

The next came in queue was Dal Makhani with Paratha, part of their new menu delights. This Dal Makhani has a very typical punju touch to it, not too heavy and tastes exactly like a home made version. Good to go, as it is a mini platter, served with 'paratha'. Personally, I would give it four star out of five to it..

Another extension of parathas are the paratha pizzas, another addition in the NEW menu of Dhadhoom, which is known more for its unconventional fries. The paratha or the base of the pizza is a tortilla, made of maida only, which I found a bit misleading, following the rat race of launching novel items. However the base is soft, one aspect which differentiates it from the traditional Italian versions; and the toppings too are dominantly Indian with overtones of desi gravies. Paneer bhurji , Malai Paneer, Soya chunks are few of the varieties. Paneer Bhurji is recommended.. since its about fusion beats, you need to be open to new tastes.

Sandwiches again in new menu.. have some witchy touch to it, with black cheese and other colours in cheese also splashed across... so you stretch on to those slices with adventure, and explore a rainbow... let your taste buds also be prepared!!!!!!!!

Bizzare!! Is my reaction when I hear biscuits being played around for desserts, and personally to me, the idea and taste both don’t register.. “Fried Oreo cookies” or Oreo Pakodas, this is a pancake batter in which cookies are dipped and fried. The batter being fluffy in nature absorbs lot of oil, hence let the cookie be a cookie, which has already been baked at high temperatures in oven, so let it not be re-cooked at such a high temperature again.

Besides, they also serve waffles.. a new fad that has taken over the entire chunk of sweets preference in Amdavad, as we all are known for having a sweet tooth.

Dhadoom is a venture of Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh, who is known for his fun loving punju, witty bent of mind; which reflects in the entire space..

So be ready to experiment and do some Dhadoom..

The Millenial tower - Burj Al Arab  Indians have forgotten Canada and US (seems so..) especially after the setting up new Trump norms... so where do all heads turn and why? 1. Therefore, Dubai travel is cost effective and easily accessible. 2. Visa : Relaxed norms with consultants from both countries growing in numbers to assist Indians settle in Dubai, both for entrepreneurs and job seekers. 3. Population : Potential of any economy to thrive lies in its people, Population thus holds biggest Poten...

"Wife or a Whore?" Or Dust under her feet!

Lets change the narrative.. the perspective and positioning !! Well, this is one statement which after a certain age applies to women.. pls note the word "AGE"!! This was mentioned in a book reading session by Sharbari Zohra Ahmed, in her Debut Novel,   "Dust under her feet!" The  Quantico  scriptwriter moves from an International thriller, expressing a high voltage drama series for Hollywood and now back into the 1940s, where her story revolves around Yasmine Khan, the protagonist. Sharbari expresses that it was probably Yasmine Khan, the focal point chose her, cause while writing the fiction,  she could clearly go back into times and see the visuals of the yesteryears when World War II had set in.. There is a lot which Sharbari has contributed into this novel, above her body mind and soul.. fifteen years have gone into crafting the epic! What beyond? The Author has actually gone to the libraries of Kolkata, dug out their archival section, newspapers, magazines, hu...

A New Dawn in the Desert By: Kulveen Narula “The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it, and execute it. It isn't something  you await, but rather create.” — H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum A t the turn of the millennium, while the world was celebrating the arrival of Y2K , a quiet revolution had begun brewing in the Middle East. The United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai , was preparing to reimagine itself—not just as a city but as a symbol of human possibility.
