Meeting designers with their exclusive works in exhibitions is a new trend picking up in India. The Grand Bhagwati hosted one of such exhibition under the brand "Hi Life"... Truly synonymous, the place is full of designers from across India showcasing not only fashion or bridal couture but home decor and jewelry as well.

One of the stalls which captured my attention was MSa interiors. They are into manufacturing home decor since last 20 years, until exhibiting this way opened new frontiers.

Sukriti Agarwal from Delhi mentioned that they got into retailing only since last 3 years. Exhibitions of this class help their geographical reach and also help them penetrate in their target segments. Their specialty is glass work mosaic... Bolly wood theme trays were the top of the pop. Images of Meena Kumari, Maharaja Ranjit Singh made them look yet more regal.... With These stunning pieces I was stunned to know that this is one of the most sought for themes amidst the elite homes.

The range of these products starts from Rs. 500/- till Rs. 1000/- for a glass top table.

"Wife or a Whore?" Or Dust under her feet!

Lets change the narrative.. the perspective and positioning !! Well, this is one statement which after a certain age applies to women.. pls note the word "AGE"!! This was mentioned in a book reading session by Sharbari Zohra Ahmed, in her Debut Novel, "Dust under her feet!" The Quantico scriptwriter moves from an International thriller, expressing a high voltage drama series for Hollywood and now back into the 1940s, where her story revolves around Yasmine Khan, the protagonist. Sharbari expresses that it was probably Yasmine Khan, the focal point chose her, cause while writing the fiction, she could clearly go back into times and see the visuals of the yesteryears when World War II had set in..
