Shake a leg with this Mover..

Trends changing and so are our eating patterns.. grabbing a bite or a wholesome shakemeal is the NEW!! Moving on ahead from just ice cream shakes to healthy versions clubbed with fruits, dry fruits or muesli to make it more of tummy filler is the new version.

We have moved even a step ahead from mocktails and freak shakes. Hence, if you are calorie conscious and still wanna freak out.. these Shakespeares are there, to load your mouth with notes and tales...

Our city Ahmedabad, the ice-cream capital is now witnessing the upcoming outlets of “only shakes”. Though having dairy content in it, most of these shakes aren’t made of ice-creams. This is what the emerging chains claim, as ice-creams aren’t in the list of those who are diet conscious, which creates a niche for this league.
One such is The Shake Maker where I tried Fruit Mania with nuts at 1 pm in the afternoon, which was my lunch, and till 5pm didn't feel the need of having anything else. It's LOADED with fruits and nuts. Absolutely healthy and a great filler dose especially when on move... The Shake Maker in Ahmedabad has several outlets. There are several options as per personal liking; a range of chocolate shakes, meal shakes which has cornflakes, nutty or fruity...Choice is yours!!
Similar is another outlet – The Drunken Monkey.. sounds amazing, this is a DRAIRY, not a Brewery. Here again, they prepare over 170 types of smoothies,  an amazing spread of concoctions. Most of them have a combination of fruits which compliment each other and enhance the overall experience of having a shake. Hence you aren’t just restricted to one simple flavour. Further, they have categorised their drinks and then listed down the variety in each segment. High on nutrition, great experience, guilt free!! (however just few of them are made with ice cream also)
Happy Diwali on the bottle!!
Keventers, Indias iconic milkshake brand too is now available across Ahmedabad. The Indian origin brand travels down almost a century now, carries a tagline, “the original milkshake” * but made with loads of ice cream!! They are aggressively expanding their reach and are known for their signature bottles which can be later used instead of plastic.

Dr. Bubbles too is present in Ahmedabad, but known more for the liquids, tea and coffee which comes in form of small gel like balls or pearls which are manufactured through a unique technique. Dr. Bubbles too serves a variety of milkshakes and yogurt shakes; they too are spread nationwide with an outlet in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Ice & shakes is another stand-alone brand located at Bodakdev dedicated to shakes and desserts.

Santushti and Dannys are old names well known in the city, ventured out as a shake only outlet now serve snacks too, they have their own legacy and are widespread across the city.

Hence, new trend, filler in the food & beverage industry is the shake!!

A New Dawn in the Desert By: Kulveen Narula “The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it, and execute it. It isn't something  you await, but rather create.” — H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum A t the turn of the millennium, while the world was celebrating the arrival of Y2K , a quiet revolution had begun brewing in the Middle East. The United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai , was preparing to reimagine itself—not just as a city but as a symbol of human possibility. What's your Color Code?

Give Me "RED" - Operation Sindoor   While a debate goes on the skin color and the side effects of lightening crèmes, no makeup looks etc. but at the same point there is no denial that we love to wear color, be it on our face, hair or body. 16   shringars   have been known since time  immemorial and so make up has always been an essential part of human existence, be it the tribal paintings with feather head gears or a high fashion look on a ramp. Recently the importance of vermilion powder - termed as "Sindoor" was the nomenclature of the army operation conducted in retaliation to the terrorist attacks in Kashmir where caste was primary specification of those targeted.  This itself indicates that makeup and grooming have been an essential element of our culture and tradition since time immemorial. The loud red streak was adorned by Aishwarya Rai at the Cannes as representation of both fashion and fury, Peace and power. The Queen arrived clad in Red ...
