You must have this Fusion Dose...

A genius, or gifted or inclined towards music..Prem Joshua  - German by origin but a world citizen, having traveled across the globe has a special corner in his heart for India. He feels that wherever he might have been born, his heart is Indian.

It was the first time in Ahmedabad he made a Public level at a large scale organised at the sprawling lawns of Rajwadu.

Last week I got a chance to meet him in person at the venue, when questioned about his inspiration, he mentioned , "I don't have any inspiration as such, Music just flows out of me. At times I feel I am not doing justice to one instrument by focusing on it, but certain notes or moods can be reflected only by one... like Sitar can express only a particular set of emotions and traditions. I put in a lot of dedication and devotion to produce fusion masterpieces by playing multiple instruments and making the best out of one life...

Defining music he says,"Music is mystery, it has lot of power which can relax, make you ecstatic or lead you to war. Music is Harmony, which can lead to meditative state, make you happy and dance around. We all love music and its the best therapy!!"

On stage he plays Sitar, flute, saxophone with vocal. Four other band members help Prem produce the right concoction. Producing cross over music comes naturally to him, as his band is about uniting the cultures. He also believes that deep down any traditional music has been influenced by other cultures.; e.g Carnatic music has influences from east, hence no traditional or classical music is pure.

Thus his band fuses classical, folk, jazz, rock, funk, electronic  etc to create better quality and interesting music which can be termed as world music produced by a world citizen - Prem Joshua.

Distance : Travel time from Delhi to Dubai is 3.5 hours and if we talk about Gujarat, Punjab, Kerala and Maharashtra they are geographically more towards the west, therefore the travel time to The Emirates is even lesser than any other Indian town on the extreme corner. Therefore, Dubai travel is cost effective and easily accessible. 2. Visa : Relaxed norms with consultants from both countries growing in numbers to assist Indians settle in Dubai, both for entrepreneurs and job seekers. 3. "Wife or a Whore?" Or Dust under her feet!

Lets change the narrative.. the perspective and positioning !! Well, this is one statement which after a certain age applies to women.. pls note the word "AGE"!! This was mentioned in a book reading session by Sharbari Zohra Ahmed, in her Debut Novel,   "Dust under her feet!" The  Quantico  scriptwriter moves from an International thriller, expressing a high voltage drama series for Hollywood and now back into the 1940s, where her story revolves around Yasmine Khan, the protagonist. Sharbari expresses that it was probably Yasmine Khan, the focal point chose her, cause while writing the fiction,  she could clearly go back into times and see the visuals of the yesteryears when World War II had set in.. There is a lot which Sharbari has contributed into this novel, above her body mind and soul.. fifteen years have gone into crafting the epic! What beyond? The Author has actually gone to the libraries of Kolkata, dug out their archival section, newspapers, magazines, hu...
