The Core movement! Human Butchery & Cannibalism to Awakening!

Homo Sapiens, like any other animal species born, evolved from the basic cycle of existence which is reproduction and food. The vertical growth of our species as we know it's correlated with vertebra, which post discovery of fire, went ahead from Roti, to Kapda aur Makaan; making our own colonies similar to those in ant mounds which followed the diktat, that of #Queen.

After our grey matter learnt manufacturing and cooking cuisines; we also began to manufacture arms and ammunition for the territorial demarcation and safety. Which led to wars and Genocide, the story doesn't end here !!!!!!!! We began to cut forests for the Makaan, kill other species and prove our superiority. Well, this yet didn't suffice, so we moved over to chemicals; mixing them in soil to reap more benefits and produce more food, more money, more medicines, more manufacturing, more pollution.. and we started spiralling down in masculinity, conquests and capturing thus totally ignorant of the balance we are leaving behind for the future generation.

Since past one year, I have witnessed an upsurge in home grown brands by home makers mostly the #Queen's, the feminine energy, who are both making and selling home made, organic and preservative free food. These are sold in traditional open markets, where stalls are put to support this new movement and exhibit their creations!!

We need to be happy and realise that the awakening has finally arrived and the revolution continues, that of gender balance, environment conservation,  equanimity and chemical free/ preservative free food.

These men and women are worth a mention cause they are putting all their heart and soul, giving shape to a dream which is for a larger good and not short term selfish motives. There is an array of brands every weekend at #32avenue and #Horizoncentre in Gurgaon, promoting vegan products cutting down on any form of animal use and abuse. Meeting them brings a respite that finally we have started getting solution to the challenges which were being debated upon.

Almond milk, Hazelnut milk, Walnut & Rice milk, Oats milk, all freshly squeezed and filled in a glass bottle can be supplied at your door step on a daily basis. Isn't this a revolutionary change?
Coresuperfoods by Tanushree Gandhi, Surya foods by Raahuul, Cooling Tin by Shivangi Jain are some brands who have taken this initiative in Delhi NCR.

Apart from milk they also sell interesting nut butters. Mindful Pantry has a vast range of nut butters, and in social media age, all these products can be easily ordered on Instagram.

 Life simplified!!

There is an upsurge in Gluten free brands, home bakeries promoting traditional millets which carry their own health benefits which wheat doesn't provide. Karamele by Kanupriya Khanna, a nutritionist, not only prepares Gluten free breads but also exotic cakes and a vegan Tiramisu; it doesn't only sound exciting but let your taste buds also witness a new format of Gluttony. Shivangi Jain running Cooling Tin too prepares some exciting vegan dips and cheese cakes.

To take your gut to a next level and induce more happy bacteria, we are now replacing the FIZZ!! That of colas by healthy Kombuchas & Tepache which are creating a new Tidal wave across Globe. Shimmmi, Atmosphere, Kom Booz, Stoked; are just a handful of brands in this fresh, new, clean wave!!

Collaboration is the Key! Gharobaar proves it, with many associations under its umbrella, having tie ups with Self Help Groups and Home-Prenuers. They sell food, handicrafts, toys, cosmetic products and jwellery. There are many Self Help Groups running in remote corners in India which need attention and mention. OKHAI, Bhujodi, Shrujan under their umbrella are promoting not only women in SHG but keeping alive our traditional art and craft.

Hand made, soaps, candles, pure essential oils to caress yourself and soothe your nerves can also be found in the spread. The Queen's taking over by handmade purity and love, diluting the masculine energies, the same revolution is witnessed in social scenario ruled by gender bias. Nature finally striking balance by bringing forth the Yin energy to activate Chi, our Core.

Amidst this rising of our consciousness, like many, I went to watch Kashmir Files, the latest talk of Nation (not town), in order to see the truth post Independence, the bloodshed which occurred in the most serene and beautiful part of World in the lap of Himalayas. A place where you just think of the Creator, the higher powers, the Provider, poetry, beauty and nothing beyond. A place where Aryans wrote Vedas. Sanskrit, the most scientifically approved language emerged and the Pandits or scholars took the responsibility to spread the Universally approved literature across the Globe.

Then demons arrive, 21st January 1990 was the day of blood shed, when these scholars, residents of Kashmir were brutally murdered and thrown out of their own homes. This is just one black chapter of the nerve chilling terrorism in the valley. This act of Human Butchery occurred exactly after 5 years of Sikh riots. 1st November, 1984, in our own country Sikhs were murdered, looted and displaced in a similar fashion.

The terror stories have become great tales for Prose, but the fact is, ammunition is still sold, seems it's easier to kill than to sustain and feed our own human breed. However, in Kashmir, scrapping Article 370 has brought in some respite. We can see pictures of Anupam Kher, further spreading awareness about same. Kashmir Files, A well researched narrative has forced us to scratch our heads and ponder over the truth hidden under banners of development and growth.

We have peace activists, but don't have a global agenda to put a full stop on manufacturing of arms and ammunition and destroy the existing warfare, especially in the climatic pure zones, like Himalayas. If peace can't be found, seal these areas and declare as no man's land.. or purely utilise for tourism and nothing beyond. Same goes for Siachen, a zone where human life cannot survive but for the boundaries we have installed gunmen in uniforms for maintaining the already no man's land. But, our grey matter hasn't learnt that in Universities or Army schools;  Quite ironical!! But for territorial demarcation, all is logical.

The logic of warfare is witnessed today again, Russia attacking Ukraine, to fulfill need or greed? And what foot print to leave behind for generations to come?

Cannibalism was practised by Tribes when Homo Sapiens were evolving, cause our animal traits when in hunger killed other humans, to feed ourselves.

A well developed country needs what? Ohh probably they are already developed or qualified, so needed some excitement hence declared a war; destroying not only humans but the ecological balance. Cause humans have the right to do so.... Russia hasn't learnt from Churnobyl nuclear disaster, the cost humanity and generations have to pay!!

We really need to spend more time in nature and seek some balance!!

The Kastoori of Agriculture and it's women

Saturday 22nd June 2019: Agriculture, call it a tradition, an occupation or being part of the nature and our existence with it!! Just like Kastoori or the musk is within the deer, but it keeps hunting outside, similar is with our Agriculture sector. It had always been our primary resource, but we complicated the same hunting outside, making farmers dependant on complex and manipulative processes. We all know that various climatic and financial factors with overburdened chemical dependency has made this sector gloomy, turning down into a compounded cyclical process which has now started affecting the urban too; giving the realisation to human race now to bridge the gap between the two. Farmer suicides and pesticides in food chain with increase in cancer cases is just the tip of the iceberg. Purvi Vyas, Mentor WGWLO & Babita Jain Chair person FLO With such an initiative Ficci FLO Ahmedabad on 21st June, organised an event Coordinated by Shilpa patel , Kinnery Sh
