Escape route.. Go..ahh!!

Cafe Mambo Cashew Factory This sea sojourn has been the best escape for not only Indians from the length and breadth of the country but also overseas.Dotted with various beaches and a happening life, shacks and pubs complementing the natural charm and sultry weather However this time I planned my trip in summer season, though monsoon had arrived in Goa...it was few months since I took a break so started getting withdrawal symptoms...lol!! So Goa became my escape route this time in June 2018. After Mount Abu and Udaipur, even for Amdavadis, with introduction of direct flights, and great deals.. Goa gives respite from busy schedules. The gigantic waves splashing on the rocky beach, worth a sight in monsoon! Apart from a regular city tour and beaches, which generally is the case with most of the tourists. The urge to splurge on food suddenly grows when after the peak summers when the mercury is on rise your hunger levels, and then arrives the soothing showers inversing the fore-mentioned phenomenon.  Apart from just samosas or pakoras , t he hungry soul then yearns for fried, spicy stuff and open spaces which are dropping. I am always in for open spaces which along with good food have the best natural resource available i.e FRESH AIR!! Hence to venture, apart from the regular roadside eateries, I thought of listing down some irresistible options. Truffle - The Cafe Truffle – The Cafe : Located off S. G Highway, opp. YMCA club, a comparatively peaceful and bigger location. Apart from the container converted to a cafe, they have the best blend of live music, private spaces dug out for larger groups f...

The Big Bang story of making of this Planet...

You will have mush mush mushrooms and not butterflies in your stomach.. These balls aren’t just popped up, but there is an intricate story behind it of the hard work and finesse. From the research of getting the best of variety to making of it with perfection, pack it store in and present it also are a part of the saga of Planet Popcorn. Two entrepreneurs, Vishank Deliwala and Bharat Ramani ventured out with an idea to give shape to their own brand in food industry, that too package and brand, the most favourite time pass snack, but in the premium category.     Well the genes do matter, so beginning with the picking up of the best quality of cobs to get that wholesome fleshy, full bodied and crunchy munch. The mushroom variety of these kernels or corn takes over the lighter butterfly versions that are mostly available over the counters. The mushroom variety of popcorn is round and white similar to a mushroom, which is how they have been christened. ...
