Hakuna Matata.. All is good when the food is!!

Growing craze for global cuisine, consumer demands and rising needs to explore on the palette urges the hospitality industry to serve even better to the ever growing numbers of food connoisseurs.  A very unique concept, rare to hear; African food has been brought into the city by Fern Ecotel hotels.

The preview on 15th February was attended by bloggers, writers, editors and some of the industry leaders. The high on energy African tribal dancers are also there to entertain guests and exhilarate children. They completely changed the aura of the place by going from table to table  in their open Garden Cafe’ .

Apart from the lavish 
buffet spread in the restaurant; live barbecue delicacies, Tawa delights, hot fruity pancakes  and bunny chow with Seafood, lamb and chicken or Veg. Stew are the star attractions.

Those having a sweet tooth must try pineapple halwa, koeksisters, apricot rolly polly.. and the list goes endless.
