“Beauty with Brains” Program for New Age Divas

Ahmedabad, 13th July 2017: Human being is ever evolving and so are the needs. In the new age world where the boundaries are overlapping or squeezing, “Communication is the key”. Ritzy along with Alpha Beta today announced three new programs for the evolving need of present era. They also announced the launch of their website www.triknitty.com

Women empowerment is talked aloud across, females have started working, travelling across oceans, assisting in family business.. moving towards a global era. These all require a lady to do some documentation and deal with people while on move, for which there is a gap which is quite apparent. It is the need to be able to express confidently in the third most widely spoken language in the world – English.

“Beauty with Brains” is a step towards creating smart mommies, those who can even teach their children when needed, those who don’t hesitate when asked a question or are dumbfounded. This course will be a ten day intensive starter pack which will also consist of makeup workshop, spoken English and various other nuances of communicating with finesse. After completion of which, I am confident that a woman can certainly see transformation in herself or a redefined karisma” mentioned Kulveen Narula running this drive under her brand Ritzy – Karisma Redefined.

“Another very effective program announced for a better and stronger future of the new generation is Business English Training for executives. This is aimed to give them success in their work. We all do excel in skills but when it comes to present those strengths that we possess, there comes a gap; that of expression and communication especially English language, which I have discovered many face. This gap later reflects in interpersonal relations and overall health of organization” said Chirag Joshi, Managing Director – Alfa Beta.

The third program – RRK: Refine and Redefine your Karisma is designed for any age group for their English language and personality needs.

Upcycle Concrete

Upcycle is an interesting "GREEN" practice nowadays followed by many!! For goods and commodities its good, but in the era of shifting sands, preferences, fast evolutionary changes, the need and demand for more excitement the malls, unlike old markets, have a very short life span. A decade is quite long, then they slowly organically fade out. Ahmedabad, unlike the metros is quick silver. The life span of malls is shorter than those in metros.. few which have swept off infront of our eyes in two decades are; Gulmohar, Fun Republic, Gallops etc. Gallops though with best brands, infrastructure couldn't survive the cost concious market. Two days ago I happened to step into Iscon mega Mall, Mega like the word suggests, its gigantic. Reliance hyper market was inaugurated on 15th August 2006 by Sh Mukesh Ambani, it was his big bang entry into retail segment. In this mega structure, today hardly 10% area is functional, rest is all unused.  If Westside and Reliance are functional...

Parallel Worlds - Perspectives from Gwalior

India is a land of Gold mine for Archeologists and architects.. any region we travel, there are ballads and narratives found in every corner of the country. After various emperors who travelled and did their territory demarcation.. today the politically divided States as per the Sovereign Social Republic clearly reflect the culture and Unity in Diversity in various aspects, be it culture, space, region, food or architecture. Madhya Pradesh, today being the centre of the country is a classic example where you can find historical structures, monuments and living spaces from across eras. Mughal, Marathas, Rajputs, Sikhs, Britishers etc.  Apart from this, there is a lot of correlation found in the architecture of structures found in other states which have been built in other eras. Twin temples with elephant carvings as base Sas Bahu Temple Gwalior (vishnu temple) Sun Temple Modhera in Gujarat and Sas Bahu (as ...
