From D to R... Regenerate ....That's what we all seek....

It had always been my deep desire or in my wishlist to go on a Wellness vacation... and yes it happened. The search began years back when I used to watch success stories of people suffering from some ailments getting cured in Kerala naturopathy centres. These needed lot of time off from your busy schedule.. then came another temptation 'Ananda in the Himalayas' which again didn't happen. Finally my friend Archana took me to this place very much near Ahmedabad, a home away from home.

Nimba in Mehsana, here three of our girlie gang landed in to spend three therapeutic days. A home away from home where the air, water, food, environment... everything is natural.

An action packed day which starts at 5 am with "jal neti" "yogic kriyas", herb infused teas, massages, personalised treatments, raga therapy, reflexology etc. Complete pampering where like a typical holiday you don't worry of adding pounds... rather shed off some kilos.. wow!! What more can a woman want ;p
So, with that we detox our mind, body and soul and RECHARGE AND REGENERATE!!!
