 June 21st 2020, a day of celestial and geographical significance when the rays of sun fall directly on the Tropic of Cancer in northern hemisphere exposing the top half of earth to maximum sunlight. Today we are witnessing annular solar Eclipse which is a rare astronomical phenomenon. The moon doesn't cover sun completely but we can see a ring of fire. The eclipse begins at IST 9.15 am and ends at IST 3.04 PM therefore our planet will recieve atleast 3 hours less of sunlight, hence logically it won't be the longest day, technically though yes it is..
